WINTER RATES
RATES for 1 night Stays @ $250.00 plus tax
Winter is September 16th thru May 1st
**A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED DURING January 15th - 18th, 2010;
February 12th- 15th, 2010;
**Stays longer than 2 nights Receive DISCOUNTS off Base rate of $250 p.n.
December 28th - January 3rd rates at $300 per night plus tax
**Stays longer than 2 nights Receive DISCOUNTS off Base rate of $300 p.n.
March 1st – March 31st will be Based on PEAK SUMMER RATES LISTED BELOW
All Rates above are for 1-4 people
Additional person $25.00 per night plus bed tax
or 2 people $40.00 per night plus bed tax
Bed Tax is 12%- this amount is charged on top of Rates
HOT TUB RENTALS
There will be a one time charge of $75.00 plus tax, if the Hot Tub
is left in good clean condition a $50.00 refund will be given. If Tub is not left in good condition, the charge will stand.
Normal Winter Rates
2 Days $390.00 ($195.00 per day) plus bed tax
3 Days $540.00 ($180.00 per day) plus bed tax
4 Days $700.00 ($175.00 per day) plus bed tax
5 Days $850.00 ($170.00 per day) plus bed tax
6 Days $1008.00 ($168.00 per day) plus bed tax
7 Days $1155.00 ($165.00 per day) plus bed tax

March & SUMMER RATES
SUMMER RATES for 1 nights Stay @ $250.00 plus tax
Summer Rates – May 1st – September 15th,
2 Days $425.00 ($212.50 per day) plus bed tax
3 Days $585.00 ($195.00 per day) plus bed tax
4 Days $740.00 ($185.00 per day) plus bed tax
5 Days $875.00 ($175.00 per day) plus bed tax
6 Days $1008.00 ($168.00 per day) plus bed tax
7 Days $1155.00 ($165.00 per day) plus bed tax

- Girdwood Rentals and Accommodations reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone. REGISTERED GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS
OF AGE WITH A MAJOR CREDIT CARD.

Initial Reservation Payment equal to 50%
of the Full Reservation will be charged at the time reservation
is confirmed. Deposit payments to be made by check or credit card.
You may use a ViSA or Mastercard to secure the reservation and pay
by Personal Check or Cashier's Check for the reservation.
If paying by Personal Check or Cashier's Check and in order to be
a confirmed booking, the 50% Deposit must be received within 7 days
of the booking and made payable to Girdwood Rentals and Accommodations
LLC. Remainder amounts are due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Security Deposit: In addition to the nightly
rates and for the protection of our owners, an authorization will
be placed on your credit card for a $250.00 Security Deposit .
The Funds will be placed on Hold until after you check-out and we
determine there is no damage to the property. We DO NOT charge
your credit card unless we determine the property to be damaged by
the renter, and we will notify the renter of this fact before we charge
the card. We also reserve the right to use your credit
card in the event that the actual cost exceeds the security deposit.
Prior of which you will receive a written notice of the amount owed.
This Security Damage Deposit is completely separate from the Initial
Reservation Deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival
date will be
Charged a $35.00 handling fee. If there is a Cancellation
less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the stay
will be charged unless we are able to rebook the Unit. There may
be only partial refunds if the original stay was for a certain
amount of time and we are only able to rebook a portion of that
time, (example: originally 5 nights are booked and we are only
able to rebook 2 nights of the 5 night stay, only 2 nights would
be refunded). If we are able to rebook the entire reservation,
there will only be the $35.00 cancellation fee charged. All cancellations
are subject to the handling fee.

Guest is responsible for
all unused days reserved resulting from late arrival, premature
check-out or cancellation, unless the accommodation is re-rented
for the unused days. No-shows will forfeit all payments made.

These are Non-Smoking Units.
