The House Rules at Girdwood Rentals & Accommodations

Girdwood Rentals & Accommodations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Registered guests must be at least 25 years of age with a major credit card to reserve one of our condos, and 30 years of age with a major credit card to reserve Winner Creek Lodge.
Winner Creek Lodge & the Condos are non-smoking and there are no pets allowed.

Reservations

An initial reservation payment of 50% of the full reservation will be charged at the time the reservation is confirmed. Deposits are to be made by check or a Visa™ or MasterCard™ to secure the reservation.

If paying by personal check, and in order to be a confirmed booking, the 50% deposit must be received within seven days of the booking and made payable to Snow Raven Property Management LLC, owner of Girdwood Rentals & Accommodations. Any remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

All Cancellations will be charge a $50.00 handling fee. For Condos, if there is a cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival in the Winter, and 45 Days prior to arrival in the Summer, the full amount of the stay will be charged unless we are able to rebook the unit.  Winner Creek Lodge cancellation Policy is 45 days prior to the Reservations for Winter Rentals & 60 Days prior to Reservations for Summer Rentals.    If there is a cancellation less than 45 days in Winter or 60 Days  in Summer, prior to arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged unless we are able to rebook the Home.

The guest is responsible for all unused days reserved resulting from a late arrival, premature check-out or cancellation, unless the accommodation is re-rented for the unused days. No-shows will forfeit all payments made.

Check-In & Checkout

Condo Check In & Check out: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. or later and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Check out times later than 11:00 a.m. will be charged a per hour fee unless arrangements have been made prior with the Manager's consent. Winner Creek Lodge Check in & Check out:  Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. or later and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Winter & 10:00 am Summer.  Check out times later than normal check out . will be charged a per hour fee unless arrangements have been made prior with the Owner or Manager's consent.
