A Refundable Security Deposit of $1500 is required along with a $99 Property Protection Plan. Refundable Security Deposit Refunded within 2 days after the stay if all is left in Good Order.

The Cost of Your Condo Rental
All rates below are for 1-4 guests, and any additional guest incurs a charge of $25.00 per night. Rates do not include a bed tax, surcharges, and assessments. The bed tax is 12%, which is charged on top of normal rates. There will also be a one-time cleaning fee of $85.00. A $300 Refundable Security Deposit Required. The Security Deposit is Refunded within 2 days after stay if all is left in Good Order. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

2 Days to 5 Day- $215.00 per Day Plus Bed Tax
6 Days - $1,200.00 ($200.00 per Day) Plus Bed Tax
7 Days - $1,260.00 ($180.00 per Day) Plus Bed Tax

March & Summer Rates (March 1 - March 31;
